Revalsys Technologies is looking for a highly skilled Frontend Engineering Lead – Angular & Next.js to lead the design, development, and delivery of modern, scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Angular, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices. You will mentor developers, drive technical excellence, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise-grade web applications using Angular and Next.js.

Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance frontend solutions.

Guide and mentor frontend developers while promoting coding standards and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

Build reusable UI components and optimize application performance.

Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.

Perform code reviews and ensure high code quality through testing and documentation.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex frontend issues efficiently.

Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and recommend improvements.

Since this role does not involve Sprint Meetings, the candidate must be highly self-disciplined, proactive, and capable of independently managing assigned work, timelines, and deliverables.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Angular (v12+) and Next.js.

Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.

Experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG) using Next.js.

Strong understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.

Experience integrating RESTful APIs.

Proficiency with Git and version control systems.

Knowledge of performance optimization and frontend security best practices.

Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.

Experience

Minimum 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring frontend teams.

Hands-on experience with Angular and Next.js in enterprise applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure, AWS, or cloud deployment.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Cursor AI.

Experience working in Agile or structured software development environments
