Attività principali:
Supporto nella gestione della documentazione HSE (procedure, istruzioni operative, registrazioni)
Affiancamento durante sopralluoghi in stabilimento per verifica delle condizioni di sicurezza
Supporto nell’aggiornamento di DVR e valutazioni dei rischi
Collaborazione nella raccolta e analisi dati relativi a incidenti, near miss e non conformità
Supporto nella gestione degli adempimenti ambientali (es. rifiuti, registri, scadenze)
Partecipazione alle attività di audit interni e ispezioni
Supporto nell’organizzazione della formazione sicurezza per il personale
Attività di archiviazione e gestione documentale
Requisiti:
Laurea (conseguita o in corso) in Ingegneria o Scienze Ambientali, Tecniche della Prevenzione o affini.
Conoscenza base del D.Lgs. 81/08 e della normativa HSE.
Buone competenze informatiche (MS Office).
Capacità di lavorare in team, spirito di iniziativa, precisione.
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (preferenziale).

Role Description
The HSE Intern will support the Health, Safety and Environment team in the development and implementation of company policies related to workplace safety and environmental sustainability.
The internship is intended for undergraduate or recent graduates in technical or environmental fields.
Main Activities:
Support in the management of HSE documentation (procedures, work instructions, records)
Assist during site inspections to verify safety conditions within the plant
Support in updating risk assessments and the Risk Assessment Document (DVR)
Collaborate in collecting and analyzing data related to incidents, near misses, and non-conformities
Support in managing environmental compliance activities (e.g. waste, registers, deadlines)
Participate in internal audits and inspections
Support in organizing safety training for employees
Document management and filing activities
Requirements:
Degree (completed or ongoing) in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Prevention Techniques, or similar
Basic knowledge of Legislative Decree 81/08 and HSE regulations
Good IT skills (MS Office)
Teamwork attitude, proactive mindset, and attention to detail
Good knowledge of English (preferred)
