Purpose of the Role

The Talent Acquisition Intern supports recruitment activities across Europe, helping the Talent Acquisition team attract, engage, and identify top talent. The role provides hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening support, interview coordination, employer branding, and recruitment reporting. Through this internship, the individual will develop knowledge of talent acquisition best practices while contributing to an efficient and positive candidate experience across multiple countries and functions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Support candidate sourcing activities through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent pools, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Conduct initial resume reviews and support candidate screening activities under the guidance of the TA team.

Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications with hiring managers and candidates.

Ensure recruitment data and applicant records are accurately maintained within Workday and other recruiting systems.

Support recruitment reporting and tracking of key hiring metrics.

Assist with employer branding initiatives, including university partnerships, career fairs, social media content, and recruitment marketing campaigns.

Contribute to delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Support recruitment administration activities, including job posting management, interview scheduling, and documentation.

Participate in Talent Acquisition projects focused on process improvement, and recruitment effectiveness.

Learn and apply recruitment best practices, diversity and inclusion principles, and compliance requirements, including GDPR and employment regulations.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, Communications, or a related field.

To be eligible for the position, it is required that a formal internship agreement can be arranged with your university / school.

No professional experience required, but previous internship, part-time work, volunteer experience, or university projects are desirable.

Experience using LinkedIn, social media platforms, or recruiting tools is a plus.
