About the role
We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager to lead our events-led marketing strategy across the United Kingdom and Ireland (UKI). This is a high-impact, senior role at the intersection of field marketing, executive engagement, and brand building, designed for someone who thrives on bringing ambitious event programmes to life and knows how to engage senior audiences at scale.
You'll own the UKI events strategy end-to-end, from large-scale industry tradeshows to executive dinners, building a calendar of experiences that drive brand awareness, generate pipeline, and deepen relationships with key prospects and customers. You'll work hand-in-hand with Senior Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams, acting as a trusted partner who understands the commercial priorities of the business and translates them into compelling field marketing moments.
What you will do
Events Strategy & Execution
Own the end-to-end UKI events strategy; tradeshows, corporate events, executive dinners, roundtables, and community programmes - aligned to pipeline and revenue targets.
Lead large-scale tradeshow participation including booth design, sponsorship activations, and on-site sales enablement.
Design and deliver high-touch executive experiences targeting C-suite and senior decision-makers at key accounts.
Build a community events programme that creates recurring, valuable touchpoints for Rippling’s UKI ICP.
Travel across the UK and wider Europe) (~20–25%) to oversee event execution and ensure flawless on-the-ground delivery.
Sales Leadership Partnership
Serve as a strategic partner to Senior Sales Leadership, aligning the events programme to commercial priorities and account-based targeting.
Arm sales with briefings, talking points, and follow-up frameworks to convert event engagement into pipeline.
Participate in business reviews and deliver clear reporting on events ROI and pipeline contribution.
Operations & Collaboration
Manage all event logistics end-to-end: venue sourcing, vendor management, budget ownership, and contract negotiation.
Partner with demand generation, content, design, and EMEA marketing teams to integrate events into broader campaigns.
Maintain accurate tracking of event leads and pipeline attribution in Salesforce in partnership with Revenue Operations.
What you will need
7+ years of B2B field marketing or event marketing experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
Proven track record delivering complex, multi-format event programmes that drive measurable pipeline impact.
Deep experience with large-scale tradeshows and high-touch executive events (dinners, roundtables, VIP programmes).
Strong, trusted relationships with senior sales stakeholders. You should know how to influence and align at the leadership level.
Exceptionally organised with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams without losing quality.
Highly collaborative, data-driven, and commercially minded.
Self-starter who takes ownership, exercises sound judgement, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
