Luxury Designer Boutique – Dublin

We are a long-established, highly regarded independent boutique in Dublin, known for our curated edit of international designer brands including A.P.C., Isabel Marant, Christian Wijnants, forte_forte, Vanessa Bruno, MOTHER Denim, Maison Kitsuné, K Jacques, Epice Paris, Janessa Leoné, Ginette NY, Aurélie Bidermann, Salt-Water Sandals, Astier de Villatte and more.

We are seeking an exceptional, sales-driven retail professional to play a key role in our boutique. This position is suited to someone commercially strong, highly motivated and confident in a premium environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for driving sales performance while delivering the highly personalised service our clientele expect.

Responsibilities include:

Achieving and exceeding team sales targets

Building and maintaining long-term client relationships

Confidently styling clients across multiple designer collections

Maintaining exceptional visual and operational standards

Contributing to the commercial success of the boutique

Supporting or leading daily store operations (depending on experience)

We value initiative, accountability and a strong work ethic. You should be comfortable taking ownership of results.

About You

You will demonstrate:

A proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets

Confidence in closing sales and building client loyalty

Strong commercial awareness and understanding of margins, sell-through and stock rotation

A genuine interest in contemporary designer fashion

Professional polish and strong personal presentation

Energy, drive and resilience in a fast-paced environment

Experience in premium or luxury retail is highly desirable.
