Assistant Project Manager I Development

We’re Looking For An Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of the landmark Collingwood urban regeneration project, working closely with a Senior Project Manager and broader project team.

What You’ll Do

Support the end to end delivery of the Collingwood project, a major mixed use development located approximately 1 kilometre from the Melbourne CBD

Work alongside the Senior Project Manager within the Project Team to assist in planning, design, approvals and delivery phases

Contribute to key project activities including design development, procurement and construction delivery

Partner with contractors, consultants and approval authorities to help ensure projects are delivered safety, on time, within budget and to quality standards

This role plays a critical part in building capability across the project lifecycle and contributing to the successful delivery of a high profile Stockland development

About You

You are passionate about property development and project delivery and thrive in environments where you can make a meaningful impact. You are looking for exposure across the full development lifecycle on a complex, city fringe project, with the opportunity to learn from experienced leaders.

Experience & Skills That Count

Experience supporting civil infrastructure, landscape or mixed use development projects

Understanding of project management principles across safety, time, cost and quality

Strong stakeholder management skills across contractors, consultants and authorities

Commercial awareness including exposure to cost planning and procurement

Relevant tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, property or a related discipline
