About the role: As Senior Reporting and Insights Analyst you will transform complex operational and asset data into meaningful insights that support strategic and day-to-day decision making. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll develop reporting solutions, analyse trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide evidence-based recommendations that enhance asset performance and business outcomes
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and visualisations to support business decision making.
Analyse operational, asset and financial data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reporting on key business and asset outcomes.
Support data-driven decision making through analysis, forecasting and performance reviews.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying efficiencies and opportunities within business processes.
Ensure reporting accuracy and integrity through effective data validation and quality assurance practices.
About You
Experience in an Analyst, Asset Analyst, Reporting Analyst or similar role.
Advanced Capability in Power BI and data visualisation skills.
Experience with Python, R or equivalent analytical programming languages.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with large and complex datasets.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Experience within heavy industry, transport, infrastructure, resources or other asset-intensive environments is desirable.
