About the Opportunity
Deliver safety infrastructure projects that make a real difference to our Supply Chain environments!
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the rollout of safety infrastructure projects across our distribution centres and operational sites 5 days onsite on a 12 month fixed term contract. Working with a wide range of stakeholders, you'll drive end-to-end delivery of innovative safety solutions that protect our people and support operational excellence.

In this Role
Lead the end-to-end delivery of a national Safety Infrastructure Program across supply chain and operational sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
Manage the implementation of key safety initiatives including pedestrian separation systems, dock safety solutions, vehicle immobilisation technologies and collision avoidance systems
Oversee project planning, procurement, installation, commissioning, handover and operational readiness across multiple sites
Partner with Operations, Safety, IT, contractors and site teams to drive successful project delivery and stakeholder engagement
Lead change management, communication and training activities to support the adoption of new safety systems and processes
Monitor project risks, governance, compliance and contractor performance, providing clear reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders
You’re Likely a Match If
Proven experience delivering safety infrastructure, capital works, operational technology or industrial facility upgrade projects within complex operational environments
Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain or a related discipline. PMP or PRINCE2 certification will be highly regarded
Demonstrated end-to-end project management expertise, managing projects from planning and procurement through to implementation, commissioning and handover
Experience delivering multi-site or national rollout programs within warehousing, logistics, FMCG, manufacturing or supply chain environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across Operations, Safety, IT, contractors and site leadership teams
Strong commercial, contractor and vendor management capability, with experience managing budgets, risks, compliance and project governance
