What you will do:

Our People & Change Advisory practice are seeking a Senior Consultant to strengthen our Management Consulting practice in the Halifax office. We are looking for a motivated professional like you to join our dynamic team. If you have early experience in change management or transformational projects, this may be the opportunity for you.

As a Senior Consultant in our People and Change practice, you will contribute to the delivery of client engagements and build your consulting skillset by:

Supporting the execution of client engagements by contributing to deliverables and workstreams

Conducting research, data analysis, and developing insights to support transformation initiatives

Assisting in the development of client-ready materials including presentations, reports, and recommendations

Working collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality outputs on time and in line with client expectations

Supporting change management, organizational design, and workforce transformation activities

Participating in workshops, stakeholder interviews, and analysis to help inform solutions

Identifying issues, forming hypotheses, and contributing to problem-solving approaches

Supporting project management activities such as tracking timelines, deliverables, and risks

Collaborating with client teams and contributing to a positive client experience

Building your understanding of consulting methodologies, tools, and frameworks through hands-on delivery experience

What you bring to this role:

Bachelor Degree in Business, Commerce, Behavioural Sciences, or other related field with a Masters Degree in Organizational Behavior or Industrial/Organizational Psychology an asset.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, change management, organizational design, or project-based environments

Experience working within a management consulting capacity is an asset.

Exposure to transformation initiatives, HR projects, or consulting-type work is an asset

Experience directing meaningful process and strategy improvements that demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work creatively to address client requirements

Experience working in a client facing role across a variety of industries and businesses with a passion for delivery high quality service and client satisfaction.

Ability to synthesize information and contribute to clear, structured deliverables

Superior communication skills with the ability to communicate with client stakeholders, work closely in a collaborative team environment and lead teams and project deliverables.

Experience working with data (qualitative and/or quantitative) to support insights and recommendations

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work within timelines

Passion for people-related transformation and consulting
