WORK LOCATION
This is a 100% remote position.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work and reside in either the United States or Ontario, Canada.
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will strategically partner with the Operations Manager and clients to provide high-level support for our Canadian and U.S. operations. As a top RPO service, our team becomes an extension of our client’s team. To be successful, you must be highly motivated, exceptionally organized, and fully bilingual in English and French Canadian to support our diverse candidate and client base across North America.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Bilingual Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for French Canadian and English-speaking candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless experience in both languages.
Requisition Management: Assist with the entry and management of new/open job requisitions across U.S. and Canadian markets.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure all recruitment activities align with regional labor laws, including the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) in the U.S. and the Employment Standards Act (ESA) in Ontario.
Language Standards: Adhere to Québec-specific language requirements (such as Bill 96) for candidate communications and job postings where applicable.
Reporting & Data: Manage reporting for teams and clients using Excel and ATS; maintain accuracy in time card entry systems.
Team Collaboration: Work in a remote team environment, managing partnerships across multiple time zones while hitting individual growth targets.
Strategic Support: Coordinate with Recruiters and Leads to understand specific client needs in both the U.S. and Canada.
Problem Solving: Investigate errors and provide solution-based coaching; partner with Team Leads on process improvements.
Training: Conduct interviewing and training for new team members in both English and French.
QUALIFICATIONS
Language: Native-level fluency in French Canadian and English (written and verbal) is required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field is highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in an RPO, Staffing, Recruiting, or HR environment.
Technical Skills: Required experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel).
Soft Skills: Superior organizational skills, high sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within compressed timeframes.
Logistics: Ability to work a Monday through Friday schedule and provide shift coverage as needed.
Pay Rate: $48,672.85 - $57,190.60 - $65,708.35 Annually

Compensation
This Other role pays $49k-$57k/yr. Within typical range for other roles in Canada.
