Role and Responsibilities:

Moving drivers to our various compounds to bring new vehicles to our PDI Centre and local dealerships for preparation before delivering to customers.

Motivating a team of drivers to move vehicles safely but within deadlines.

Managing trips to ensure we are using time effectively.

Inspecting vehicles for imperfections and reporting back to Centre Manager.

Helping to organise the various compounds and ensure they are being used to their full potential.

The ideal candidate will:

Be confident driving and manoeuvring various makes and models of new cars.

Hold a full driving licence.

Have experience overseeing a small team and adhering to deadlines.
