Key Responsibilities

Analyse project costs, resource allocation, and overall profitability to provide actionable insights to management.

Prepare and present detailed financial reports, performance dashboards, and business forecasts on a regular basis.

Monitor industry and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.

Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to support the development of pricing strategies and project bids.

Evaluate internal operational processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and cost reduction.

Maintain the integrity of company data and manage key databases to ensure accuracy for reporting.

Support the development of the annual budget and contribute to long-term strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.

Proven professional experience in a business or financial analyst role.

Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling and data analysis.

Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

Experience within the construction or trade services industry is highly desirable but not essential.
