BayMark Health Services is one of the largest U. S. providers of medication assisted treatment, operating 300+ treatment facilities and serving more than 70,000 patients.
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support leaders across multiple states, playing a key role in developing our people and strengthening our culture.
Extensive travel (up to 80%) will be required initially
and will be adjusted as needed.
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will have the following responsibilities for a subset of locations across the BayMark network:
Leading employee relations efforts by managing workplace investigations, performance concerns, disciplinary actions, in compliance with applicable employment laws
Addressing potential issues proactively to maintain operational efficiencies
Coordinating communication with operational leaders and employees
Partnering with managers and cross-functional teams
Supporting, recommending and driving retention efforts
Reinforcing workforce compliance with focus on licensed clinical staff
Using data-driven HR information for informed decision-making
Building strong partnerships across the organization by collaborating with Operations, Finance, Compliance, Credentialing, and other departments to support strategic business initiatives
Serving as a trusted strategic partner to Operations by
Aligning HR initiatives with business goals
Contributing to organizational effectiveness
Identifying potential staff-related changes
Fostering a highly-performing and engaged workforce that supports BayMark's mission, values and growth
Collaborating with Recruiting to develop staffing strategies, enhance onboarding, improve employee engagement, and implement retention programs that strengthen workforce stability
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, with at least 2 years in a Human Resources Business Partner or HR Generalist role supporting multi-site operations.
Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills, including experience conducting complex workplace investigations.
Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Data-driven mindset with experience in using HR analytics to support decisions.
Ability to be strategic as well as tactical to recommend solutions to address workplace issues and deliver impactful results.
Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance, working in a regulatory environment.
Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
Strong project management and prioritization skills.
Healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications are a plus.
