Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
Build and strategic relationships across customer organizations to drive long-term growth, retention, and value creation
Develop and execute account strategies that identify new opportunities, increase market share, and strengthen customer partnerships
Lead business reviews using customer data, industry insights, and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and deliver strategic recommendations
Manage complex negotiations, pricing strategies, RFPs, proposals, and contract awards to maximize customer and business outcomes
Leverage analytics, digital tools, and market intelligence to provide actionable insights that improve customer performance and supply chain efficiency
Participate with the implementation team in developing the account’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), ensuring compliance across multiple teams, and being responsible for keeping the SOP updated
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements, cost-saving opportunities, and operational efficiencies for customers
Collaborate closely with sales, operations, capacity, and product teams to ensure seamless execution, successful account transitions, and achievement of customer KPIs
Monitor account health, financial performance, service metrics, and payment activity to support sustainable growth and customer success
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and/or account management
Ability to travel up to 30% (domestically and internationally)
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
Supply chain knowledge
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of Programs
Demonstrates and drives a data driven approach
Demonstrated influencing, negotiation, collaboration, communication and presentation skills
Proven track record of delivering measurable financial results through sales or account management solutions
