Purpose of the role:

You will be primarily responsible for analysing and coordinating the supply chain of our business.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Identifying potential candidates through professional networks, and networking events. Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates to create a strong talent pipeline.
Conducting outreach to passive candidates and engaging them through various methods.
Building and maintaining strong relationships candidates.
Promote the company brand and culture to attract quality talent.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent sourcing and networking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of best practices
Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
