Job Description:
As an Assistant Manager – HR Business Partner at Swiggy, you will play a critical role in enabling the success of our Food BUs. You will work closely with business leaders and HR teams to deliver high-impact people practices that build capability, drive performance, and strengthen culture across our corporate workforce. This is a high-ownership, fast-paced role that balances execution and strategy, with a strong focus on org effectiveness, talent planning, and employee experience.
Job Responsibility
Business Partnership
Serve as the Regional HRBP for designated verticals/functions of Food . DineOut and Drivers Org. Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and align HR interventions accordingly
Conduct regular connects with stakeholders and teams to surface insights and drive action
Actively engage in field travel/market visits to establish strong on-ground employee connect and gather direct business/competition insights.
Talent & Performance Management
Manage the annual and mid-year performance cycles, including goal setting, calibrations, and PIPs
Partner with City leaders on capability mapping, skill gap analysis, and career pathing for high-potential talent
Support in designing and executing Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for identified roles
Employee Experience & Engagement
Own and drive engagement initiatives tailored to diverse employee cohorts (Gen Z, tenured, critical talent)
Conduct skip-level connects, new joiner feedback loops, and retention interventions
Lead proactive efforts to improve employee NPS, well-being, and team culture
Project & Change Management
Support or lead org-level HR projects (e.g., onboarding revamp, manager enablement, HiPo programs)
Contribute to campus assimilation, diversity hiring, and capability building interventions
Be a change champion - partner with business during reorganizations or role transitions
People Analytics & Planning
Use HRMS + AI-powered tools to enhance decision-making, reporting, and HR agility.
Use data to derive insights on attrition, productivity, performance, and engagement
Partner with workforce planning & TA to ensure optimal org design and hiring alignment
Track and report key HR metrics with regular business reviews

Preferred profiles
3–5 years of HRBP or generalist HR experience (corporate/frontline mix preferred).
MBA in HR from Tier 2/3 would be desirable.
Strong project ownership, stakeholder influence, and data-driven mindset.
Comfortable with fast-moving, ambiguous, cross-functional setups.
Familiarity with HR tech (SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, Excel, dashboards, etc.).
Location: Bangalore -Travel is required whenever required.
