Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage an outbound sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality.
Conduct coaching sessions, team briefings, and performance reviews.
Prepare MIS reports including EOD, Target vs Achievement, Productivity, Attendance, RAG, and Escalation Reports.
Handle team escalations and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Drive team engagement, discipline, and KPI achievement.
Requirements
Minimum 1–3+ years of experience as a Team Leader in a BPO Outbound Sales process.
Must have an official Team Leader designation on company records.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting).
Experience in MIS reporting and performance tracking.
