About the role
I. Summary Description
The Aftersales Intern will support the daily activities of the Parts & Accessories Specialist and the Homologation Specialist, contributing to the smooth operation of the After Sales function. The internship provides hands-on experience in parts and accessories operations, inventory and logistics coordination, vehicle homologation processes, and regulatory compliance.
II. Primary Responsibilities
Parts & Accessories Support
Assist in the daily operations of the Parts & Accessories business to ensure stable parts supply and high service levels for the dealer network.
Support inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination.
Assist in maintaining parts and accessories data and documentation.
Support communication and coordination with dealers, logistics providers, headquarters, and internal stakeholders.
Homologation Support
Assist the Homologation Specialist in vehicle homologation planning and execution for the Korean market.
Support the preparation, organization, and maintenance of homologation documentation.
Monitor regulatory updates and assist in preparing reports for headquarters.
Help maintain homologation records and ensure documentation accuracy.
Project Assignment
Support the Parts & Accessories Self-Certification under the guidance of the Parts & Accessories Specialist.
Assist in collecting, organizing, and reviewing technical documentation required for self-certification.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate certification activities.
Contribute to process improvements and project tracking throughout the certification process.
General Support
Provide administrative and operational support for the After Sales team as required.
Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform other duties and projects assigned by the supervisor.
III. Qualifications (Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
Interest in the automotive industry and aftersales operations.
