Manager - Java Full Stack

We are looking for a Manager – Java Full Stack with 10-15 years of experience to join our Global Software Engineering & Technology team in Pune, India.

In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software components for TGW's global warehouse automation solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and reliable applications, contribute to technical design, and, based on your experience, mentor team members while driving engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.

Develop responsive frontend applications using Angular (or React).

Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment.

Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, and development teams throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills

Experience in Java and Spring Boot.

Experience with Microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.

Hands-on experience with VueJs Angular (preferred) or React, along with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.

Good knowledge of SQL databases; exposure to NoSQL is a plus.

Understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, Clean Code, and Unit Testing.

Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.

Good to Have

Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, or MQTT.

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

Knowledge of automation or industrial software is an added advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
