We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator in Niseko Sea & Summit Collective is a Niseko-based destination management and media company. We design curated winter journeys for international travelers, partner with travel advisors worldwide, and produce our own photography and video from the mountains of Hokkaido. We are premium, adventure-led, and globally minded.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to own our digital marketing across travel, guiding, and destination marketing. You will work directly with the founder and a small team, alongside our professional photographers and videographers. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take a campaign from idea to launch, promote Niseko as a destination alongside our own products and services, and run the day-to-day across every channel.

What you will do Own our digital marketing end to end: our WordPress website, blog, EDMs for private clients and business partners, and social account management. Build seasonal campaigns from first idea through to launch, including the full communications pack for each one. Identify what each subject or campaign needs, then plan and deliver it. Work hand in hand with our professional creatives, turning their photography and video into campaigns, and produce your own content where it strengthens the work. Design supporting assets (Canva is fine). Promote Niseko at large while keeping our products and services front and center. Own the process and keep it moving.

What you bring

Requirements Business-level English is essential. Japanese is a major plus. You must be eligible for a Working Holiday Visa or for company visa sponsorship.
