Logistics Coordinator

Are you an organised logistics professional who enjoys a mix of hands-on warehouse work and administrative responsibilities?

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing international technology solutions business seeking a Logistics Associate & Staging Support to join its operations team based in Schiphol-Noord.

This is a varied role where you'll play a key part in ensuring technology equipment is received, managed, configured, and shipped accurately to customers. You'll work closely with warehouse, sales, and finance teams while helping to maintain efficient day-to-day logistics operations.

What you'll be doing:

Managing inbound and outbound shipments

Receiving and inspecting deliveries

Maintaining accurate inventory and stock records

Coordinating with freight and logistics providers

Supporting IT equipment staging, testing, and configuration

Ensuring warehouse organisation and compliance with health & safety standards

Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience

We're looking for someone with:

Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or operational support, and we also welcome candidates with a genuine interest in technology, a willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

Experience using Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and inventory/stock management systems

A proactive, reliable approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience with EU export documentation

IT Asset Management (ITAM) or IT hardware staging experience

Reach truck licence
