The Opportunity
Work Health & Safety by Altius is currently recruiting for a Psychologist to work in one of our Perth based Offices as Senior Organisational Psychologist - in a full-time capacity. We are seeking someone who is committed to providing high quality psychological services to customers, and able to undertake a variety of organisational psychology areas, including but not limited to:
Delivery and customisation of evidence-based training workshops;
Facilitate Organisational culture reviews;
Coaching;
Administer psychometric assessments and assessment centres;
Scope and consult on learning and organisational development projects with customers;
Attend onsite to provide services to customers;
Facilitate Mediations
Provide supervision and support to team members in your area of expertise
Assist in Career transition Services; and
Other organisational development, HR consultancy activities.
Clinical work available
Other Additional Responsibilities may include:
Attend Critical incidents.
Conduct Fitness for Work Assessments.
Conduct Drug and Alcohol Assessments.
Provide Manager Assistance; and
Assist in making welfare calls
AHPRA approved supervisors strongly encouraged to apply.
