The Role
Anticipated for November 2026, Blancpain will be opening its first Australian boutique in central Sydney, marking an exciting new chapter for the brand. On the 2nd level of the boutique there will be a full operation Customer Service Centre for Prestige brands (Breguet, Blancpain and Glashütte Original).
This role will work closely with two Prestige Watchmakers and be responsible for B2C and B2B customer care inquiries regarding warranty, after sales, servicing, repairs and spare parts.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to retail and wholesale customers via phone, email and internal systems
Respond to enquiries relating to repairs, warranties, quotations, spare parts and product information
Coordinate repair administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing
Process customer payments and maintain accurate financial records
Prepare repair estimates, assist with basic diagnostics and coordinate product exchanges
Liaise with international Brand Headquarters on repairs, spare parts and service requests
Monitor repair progress, communicate updates and manage service timeframes
Manage spare parts inventory and transactions using SAP
Maintain accurate records and support inventory control activities
Build strong relationships with Brand General Managers, Watchmakers, boutiques, retailers and other internal team members
Skills & Experience
1-2 years business/sales analytical experience
Prior experience in customer care (B2C/B2B), hospitality or retail industry desirable
Technical knowledge from watch industry an advantage
Excellent computer literacy skills: Advanced Excel, Word PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP
Tertiary qualification in business-related discipline an advantage
Excellent organisation, administration and time management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Accurately perform operating procedures/protocols and manage multiple tasks
Problem solving skills
Numerical and financial skills
Excellent attention to detail
Interpersonal skills, team player
Ability to work autonomously
