Join a team who are passionate about helping people gain employment. As a Business Manager in our Workforce Australia team, you will lead a team of WFA consultants to achieve the best outcomes for their job seekers.
Your focus will be on training and mentoring your team to meet their KPIs. You’ll also engage with job seekers directly, providing a tailored employment service experience. If you're a person who thrives in problem solving and supporting others, this will be the role for you!

To be considered, you must:
Have full Australian working rights
Hold a full Australian driver’s license and have a vehicle
Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
Be able to pass a Working with Children Check

Be willing to complete a pre-employment assessment
Have sufficient experience within the employment services industry
Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Have highly developed planning and coordination skills
Have negotiation, conflict management and mediation skills
Have excellent time management skills and attention to detail
Be computer literate and an ability to work towards KPIs
Have the ability to track, report and interpret reports from WISE systems
A day in the role involves…
Managing all operational aspects of the business, including service delivery and contract management
Guiding and mentoring your team to achieve projected employment outcomes
Developing and managing budgets to forecast and deliver business performance
Developing networks and building relationships with businesses and the community to increase employment and training opportunities for our customers
Establishing strategies to increase market awareness of WISE services
