Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Point of contact for the Logistic merchandising and compliance team
First Reporting – Running weekly reports
Ensures completeness and accuracy of all TJX required logistics data and information
On boarding and training new vendors
Maintains and updates contact information for all vendors services
Maintains and update vendor welcome pack / Compliance tracker
Ensure vendors have provided correct documents
Coordinate with the Buyer / MA team regarding PO flow and compliance requirements align with TJX standards.
Ensure vendors have access to TJX and Freight Forwarders system required for export
Working with vendors to ensure all required information is received for product and customs compliance related to the direct import of merchandise in to U.S. Canada and UK/EU markets
Job Impact
Provides support to the manager for the smooth running of the team
Decision Making
Able to manage vendor non-compliance activities and make appropriate recommendations for change and improvement
Ability to make decisions relating to current pending on-orders to enable goods to ship timely and accurately, to not impede supply chain flow
Key Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Full working rights in Australia
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience in customer service & administration, logistic experience would be an advantage
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, great organisation, initiative, strong analytical skills, self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to communicate across organisational groups and levels, both internally and externally
High level of understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Good follow through skills and ability to prioritise tasks to meet corporate goals
