Your role

The Senior Business Analyst will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for digital product definition, design, development, implementation, and delivery. The role is responsible for gathering, reviewing and analysing business intentions, services, processes and information needs to identify and document changes for business solutions and enhancements.

What you’ll do

Lead and deliver business analysis activities for approved initiatives, translating business needs into clear requirements and practical solutions.

Analyse processes, services, data and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvements, enhancements and new business solutions.

Monitor product performance and health, using customer feedback and reporting to provide recommendations that support informed decision-making.

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, using effective communication, consultation and negotiation to define requirements and drive outcomes.

Contribute to project/ product delivery activities including requirements gathering, business specifications, change management, user acceptance testing, training and implementation planning.

Provide clear, plain-language advice on technical concepts and emerging trends, while continuously improving business analysis practices and managing competing priorities.
