We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Product Delivery Manager - Custody.

In this role, you will:

Project Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of custody product initiatives, tracking progress and supporting the achievement of project milestones.

Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to collect, document, and validate business and functional requirements for custody product enhancements and regulatory changes.

Process Analysis: Analyse existing processes and workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the development of efficient solutions.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirements, process maps, test cases, and user guides.

Testing Support: Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and issue tracking to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Stakeholder Communication: Support effective communication between business, technology, operations, and other teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Regulatory Compliance: Help ensure initiatives comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of delivery processes and best practices within the team.

To be successful you will:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.

2+ years’ experience in business analysis, project support, or product delivery within financial services, preferably with exposure to Custody Product or Securities Services.

Tableau, Power-Bi, Jira, Qlik sense, Alteryx is good to have.

Understanding of custody operations, securities processing, and regulatory environment is an advantage.

Experience working in cross-functional teams.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills. Proactive and collaborative approach.
