Lead Developer

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – MERN Stack with a strong technical background in building scalable web applications using the MERN ecosystem (with MySQL instead of MongoDB). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AWS Cloud, excellent leadership skills, and prior exposure to the FinTech domain. You will lead a team of developers, drive technical excellence, and deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable financial technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Full Stack Developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, MySQL, and TypeScript/JavaScript.

Architect and implement robust backend services and RESTful APIs.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver features on time.

Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best development practices.

Manage sprint planning, task allocation, code reviews, and release planning.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and database efficiency.

Implement security best practices for financial applications.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical guidance to the development team.

Drive continuous improvement in architecture, processes, and engineering practices.

Required Skills & Experience

7–10 years of experience in Full Stack Development.

Strong expertise in:

React.js

Node.js

Express.js

MySQL (Mandatory)

TypeScript / JavaScript (ES6+)

Strong understanding of REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.

Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, and VPC.

Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

Knowledge of authentication, authorization, OAuth, JWT, and application security.

Experience with Docker and containerized deployments is a plus.

Strong understanding of software design patterns and scalable system architecture.

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
