Knowledge of IP (Ingress Protection) standards

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Exceptional interpersonal skills: your ability to communicate with all levels of an organization with a positive, proactive attitude. This includes understanding how to read a room and meet the needs of the team!

Examples of excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills through asking good questions and completing solid analysis

Examples of your ability to work independently and autonomously, as well as collaboratively across several teams

Knowledge of manufacturing, prototyping and production in mechanical engineering

Your technical instinct and expertise

Ethical and honest in approach

Able to convey excellent project, technical and leadership skills

What’s in it for you:

Competitive compensation package, with a starting salary commensurate with experience

Customizable benefits package including medical, dental, vision care, and RRSP options
