WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will be joining our Global Football Accessories offense as part of the wider Accessories Product Management team, working with key partners across Design, Development, Merchandising, Sourcing/Costing, Demand Planning, and Operations. You will also connect frequently with the wider Nike Global Football team’s Apparel, Footwear, Sales, Marketing, Sports Marketing, and Geo partners. You will report to the Product Director of Global Football Equipment and collaborate with the Sport offense teams – entrepreneurial individuals who think creatively, adapt quickly, and embody the irreverent mindset that defines Nike to bring the athlete uniform to life.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Line Manager with exceptional attention to detail, the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, and hopefully a keen interest in Global Football (Soccer). You will bring a proven track record of delivering year-over-year business results, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to manage high workloads. You will help create the Product Strategy and then guide cross-functional partners across Merchandising, Design, Development, and global teams through the full accessories creation process. Being curious is a must as you’ll take athlete/consumer insights and translate them into compelling seasonal product strategies and briefs, drive accountability to key milestones, and bring market-leading products to life that meet financial, quality, and innovation goals. Above all, you should be a resourceful, adaptable teammate with a passion for serving athletes and building strong partnerships across the Nike Global Football family.

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.

A minimum of 6 years experience in product creation, merchandising, and brand marketing

Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

In Global Football, we like to say, “There is no Football without the Ball.” It is integral to the game if not the most important element. As a part of the Global Accessories product creation team, you’ll be responsible for commercializing the product portfolio that connects into Global Football (soccer) inclusive of balls, shin guards, goalkeeper gloves, bags, socks, and headwear. This role involves leading and owning all aspects of the product creation process, ensuring profitability while delivering innovative solutions to meet athlete needs. The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive the offense. They will collaborate with merchandising, design, development, and sourcing from line planning through final product approval. They will research products, athletes, and the marketplace, manage product creation workflow and data, maintain product tools, and effectively collaborate across functional partners. The candidate will deliver on key dates and hold themselves accountable to be a great teammate.

Be the voice of our athlete, keeping a pulse on their needs and relevant trends with an emphasis on Global Football (soccer) through the lens of Accessories.

Create impactful presentations to hand over our line to Merchandising at both the Global and Geo levels, as well as to key accounts and sales teams.

Help complete the uniform of the athlete while also being responsible for growing the business.
