Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

Responsibilities • Design, develop, and enhance LLM-powered AI agents for automated issue triage and root cause analysis. • Build and deliver full-stack features using Python (FastAPI) and modern JavaScript frameworks. • Integrate manufacturing and operational data sources into AI workflows to improve diagnostics and recommendations. • Design prompts, tools, and evaluation methods to improve LLM accuracy and performance. • Collaborate with software engineers, AI/ML engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. • Develop REST APIs, asynchronous services, and data integration pipelines. • Write clean, maintainable, and production-quality code while contributing to an existing codebase. Required Qualifications • Strong experience with Python and FastAPI, including REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and backend services. • Full-stack development experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or similar. • Experience building LLM-powered applications or AI agents, including prompt engineering, tool integration, structured outputs, and evaluation. • Experience integrating multiple data sources through APIs and data pipelines. • Ability to quickly understand and contribute to an existing production codebase. • Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience delivering production-ready applications. Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with large monorepos or build systems such as Bazel. • Background supporting manufacturing, hardware, production testing, or industrial systems. • Experience with vector databases, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), log analysis, or ticket analysis. • Familiarity with Databricks, AWS, GCP, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.
