職務内容:

①Nikeブランド及びその店舗のコンセプトを十分に理解し尊重した上で店舗を運営する。

②店舗の年間の行動目標を立案し、ポリシーやルールに則って、ビジネスプランを実行。現状分析をし、売上予算を達成する。

③売上、買上単価、買上点数、トラフィック、買上客数及び買上率を管理する。

④店舗の問題点を認識し、問題解決の方法を決定し実行する。

⑤店舗の生産性を向上させるため、効率的かつ効果的な人員配置を実行し、P/Lの最適化を実現する。

⑥日々の販売活動を通じて、店舗スタッフの教育及びトレーニングを実施する。

⑦チーム全体のパフォーマンスを可視化し、定期的なフィードバックとコーチングを通じて成長を支援する。

⑧地域社会及び協業施設との関係構築やソーシャルインパクト活動などを通じて、Nikeブランドの価値を高める。

応募条件:

①Nikeブランド及びスポーツへのパッションとプロダクトの知識があること

②リテール部門において、副店長以上として2年相当の経験が望ましい(雇用形態不問)

③リテール及びアパレルの知識、流行やファッショントレンドに敏感であること

④周りを巻き込みリードしていくリーダーシップと優れたマネジメント能力があること

⑤問題解決能力があり、責任を持って意思決定ができること

⑥コミュニケーション能力が高く、周りとの関係構築をスムーズにできること

⑦英語スキル(TOEIC 600点以上を目安とする)

⑧顧客・売上・在庫・人材などの多角的なデータを分析し、戦略的かつ迅速に意思決定を行い、店舗全体の成果を最大化できる能力があること

⑨多様性・公平性・インクルージョン(DEI)を推進し、変化の激しい環境下でもチームを鼓舞しながら柔軟に対応できるリーダーシップとレジリエンスがあること

⑩スポーツの魅力を伝える店舗作りを体現し、顧客満足と売上向上を両立できること

For retail roles, you’ll complete an interactive assessment that includes a chat and quizzes and takes about 10-20 minutes to complete.
