This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available after initial training. The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.
What the day will look like
Every day brings new opportunities to learn, contribute, and strengthen the client experience. In this role, you’ll support BenX consultants by coordinating deliverables, researching client requests, maintaining documentation, and helping ensure high-quality service delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with consultants and internal teams while building your client management and consulting skills. Your work will include:
Supporting client consultants with daily requests, follow-ups, and deliverables to help drive exceptional client service
Coordinating recurring client meetings, including ongoing management calls and annual carrier reviews
Monitoring project timelines and client deliverables while identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures
Collaborating with consultants to implement process improvements and support consistent client delivery
Providing project support and participating in meetings as needed
You’ll also help refine client documentation and strengthen processes, contributing to client satisfaction, retention, and overall delivery excellence.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
We’re looking for professionals who bring a mix of experience and passion, ready to solve challenges and build value. The ideal candidate will have:
3-5 years in healthcare insurance and experience in consulting and working with clients. Working with carriers is also a plus.
Understanding of project management.
Strong communication and analytical skills is a requirement, and a college degree will help you succeed in this role.
Skilled with software applications - especially MS Excel, SharePoint, Word, and PowerPoint.
C1-level proficiency in English.
