As a Terminal Operations Manager, you will be part of our Operations Team, taking ownership of the day-to-day management of our terminal(s), ensuring smooth coordination of arrivals, departures, staff, and vendors. You will play a key role in guaranteeing safety, efficiency, and service quality at the terminal, while providing data-driven insights that support better decision-making across the operation.

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, operational environment.

About the Role

Manage payments to terminal service providers.

Coordinate bays, platforms, and scheduled arrivals and departures.

Coordinate terminal staff (assistants, supervisors, support staff), including payroll, schedules, and incident tracking.

Oversee general terminal administration: supplies, access control, maintenance, safety and security, cleaning, and local vendors.

Manage auxiliary services, cleaning, and bus maintenance coordination.

Oversee inventory management.

Generate weekly and monthly reports on incidents, billing (payment status, pending items, discrepancies), operations, and inventory.

Build tracking dashboards to support decision-making.

Provide insights on recurring incidents by business partner, route, unit, or technology.

About You

Proven experience in staff leadership and people management.

Experience implementing and monitoring training programs and safety procedures.

Strong ability to work with external and internal stakeholders.

Experience in budget management and financial reporting.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Personal initiative, resilience, and a self-driven, goal-oriented working attitude.

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, operational environment.

Fluency in English is required.
