Royal Caribbean Group’s HR transformation team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Human Resources Information System Analyst reporting to the Director HRIS

We're looking for a Senior Manager HR Transformation who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys turning business needs into practical scalable HR technology solutions This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in transforming HR processes while partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization

What You'll Do

Partner with business leaders and HR teams to gather analyze

and translate requirements into system solutions

Lead and support HR transformation initiatives from design through implementation

Drive configuration testing documentation and process improvements across HR systems

Analyze data identify opportunities and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and user experience

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and adoption

Support projects using structured methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in HR Transformation HRIS HR Technology

or related areas

Proven ability to bridge business requirements and system capabilities

Hands-on experience with system configuration testing documentation and implementation activities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR platforms is highly preferred

Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies

A proactive execution-focused mindset with a willingness to dive into the details and drive results
