Your responsibilities

Experienced Quality Laboratory and Testing Manager leading lab operations, metrology, testing, and quality systems. Skilled in driving continuous improvement, managing cross-functional projects, and collaborating with global teams to ensure product quality and operational excellence

Lead laboratory operations, testing activities, and metrology services.

Plan and execute product testing, measurement, and verification services.

Drive continuous improvement in quality processes and lab performance.

Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System requirements.

Lead cross-functional projects with local and global teams.

Your profile

University degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering.

Experience in quality management and leading technical teams.

Strong knowledge of quality methods, tools, and continuous improvement.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management in multicultural environments.

Fluent in English and Spanish.
