What You Will Do

Join the Employment Law team, providing legal support on Labor and Employment matters and Employee Relations issues.

Support HR and Employee Relations teams on advisory and strategic matters.

Provide support in labor litigation and management of employment disputes.

Participate in compliance projects and implementation of internal policies.

Support regulatory initiatives and transactional projects.

Collaborate with global teams in a multicultural environment.

Contribute with innovative solutions to complex legal challenges.

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in Employment Law (advisory and/or litigation).

Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset.

Clear communication skills and ability to interact with different stakeholders.

Collaborative profile with strong ownership and proactive attitude.

Interest in working in a dynamic, global, and innovative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in multinational companies or global law firms.

Experience with compliance projects or internal investigations.

Knowledge of international or comparative labor and employment laws.

Advanced English skills for interaction with global teams.
