About the role
Family Group: Administration
Business Partnership
Partner business leaders to understand workforce priorities and develop people strategies aligned with business needs
Partner leaders on workforce planning, talent management and succession planning in collaboration with the relevant HR Centre of Excellences.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and serve as their primary HR advisor
Employee Engagement & Retention
Work with leaders to understand employee engagement challenges and identify opportunities to strengthen team engagement and retention
Partner leaders to implement employee engagement and recognition initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture
Analyse workforce trends and employee feedback to recommend appropriate interventions
Employee Relations & Manager Advisory
Advise and support leaders in managing employee relations matters, workplace concerns and grievances
Promote sound HR governance by advising leaders and line managers on HR policies, employment practices and compliance requirements
Leadership and Manager Capability
Coach and support managers in handling people matters, performance management and employee development
Partner leaders to strengthen people management practices and build positive team cultures
Identify capability gaps and partner with the People Development team to recommend appropriate development interventions
Workforce Insights
Monitor workforce indicators such as attrition, engagement and manpower trends to identify emerging issues/risks and recommend improvements
Leverage people data to support informed decision-making and workforce planning discussions
HR Projects & Continuous Improvement
Support organisation development and change initiatives and HR transformation projects
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team, HR Shared Services and HR Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions

Is comfortable using workforce data and insights to influence decisions
Has strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
At least 5 to 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR Business Partnering, employee relations, organisation development, or other strategic HR functions
Experience partnering business leaders and providing HR advisory on people-related matters
Experience in driving employee engagement, workforce initiatives or organisational change will be an advantage
Experience in analysing workforce trends and translating insights into practical HR solutions is preferred
