Sales Executive, Padova

Dalux, an innovative Contech company committed to pushing the boundaries of how technology can secure a smarter and more efficient construction and real estate industry, is experiencing rapid growth. As a result, we are looking for an ambitious and goal-oriented Sales Executive for the Contractor segment.

Your role

As our first colleague in Padova, you will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities and building lasting relationships with customers across the Padova area, playing a key role in expanding our presence and driving our growth in the Italian construction sector.

Your main responsibilities:

Identifying new sales opportunities for both existing and new customers

Defining and leading prioritized customer activities

Implementing Dalux software in collaboration with the Customer Success Manager

Establishing and maintaining strong and long-term customer relationships

Representing Dalux at seminars, trade fairs, and conferences

Your profile

We imagine that you are currently in a similar role and have experience in selling complex B2B SaaS solutions. You have knowledge of the construction industry and experience working with contractors, advisors or/and building owners, possibly through the sale of similar solutions.

You are structured, proactive, and thrive in a role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on sales execution. In customer meetings—whether in person or online—you can professionally and constructively challenge and uncover customer needs. You enjoy negotiating with decision-makers while also fostering strong relationships with end-users.

Since, this role involves significant customer visits, you should expect regular travel across Italy. You are fluent in both written and spoken Italian and English.
