Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented VIE HR Project Manager to support Air Liquide IT SA's Human Resources department. This role will contribute to various HR projects, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives within a global IT environment.

Job Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of HR projects, including but not limited to talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, and HR digital transformation.

Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to HR leadership.

Support the development and implementation of new HR policies, procedures, and tools.

Collaborate with various stakeholders across different departments and regions to ensure successful project delivery.

Prepare presentations, documentation, and communication materials for HR initiatives.

Participate in HR process optimization efforts, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.

Maintain and update HR information systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Job Qualifications**

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Prior internship or professional experience in HR or project management is a plus.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a strong asset.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
