Your Role

As a Workday Service Delivery Manager, you will act as the key link between the business and our supplier, ensuring seamless service delivery and continuous alignment between business needs and technical execution on the Workday platform.

This is a growth opportunity resulting from the replacement of another consulting firm, where you will have a strategic impact from day one.

Your Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between the client's business teams and Accenture (Workday implementation/support partner)

Oversee and manage the end-to-end service delivery of Workday-related projects and operations

Ensure SLAs and KPIs are met, escalating risks and issues proactively

Facilitate requirement gathering, prioritization, and change management processes between business stakeholders and technical teams

Monitor project progress, coordinate governance meetings, and produce executive-level reporting

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Workday ecosystem

Support the onboarding phase during the transition from the previous consulting partner

Your Profile

7+ years of experience in IT service delivery, project management, or consulting roles

Strong background in Workday (HCM, Financials, or related modules) as a functional, delivery, or project management profile

Proven experience working in a triangular model (client – consulting firm – supplier)

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Fluent in English (C1 or above); additional languages a plus

Results-driven, autonomous, and comfortable working in a remote-first environment

Experience in transition or vendor replacement projects is a strong asset
