PM, Project/Program Management, Enterprise Portfolio Management Office

We are seeking a highly capable business systems, change and implementation focused professional to support enterprise transformation initiatives across business and Project Management domains. This role requires a well-rounded professional with experience in Project Management, Business Systems Implementation, Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives, deliver technology-enabled business solutions, and support organizational adoption of change.

Key Responsibilities

Support delivery of projects and transformation initiatives, assisting with planning, tracking progress, and coordinating activities across teams

Assist with project management activities, including maintaining project plans, tracking timelines, risks, and dependencies, and preparing status updates

Support implementation of enterprise systems and tools, working with technical teams to gather requirements and assist with testing, deployment, and documentation

Contribute to business analysis activities, including gathering requirements, documenting processes, and supporting analysis of current vs. future state workflows

Assist with change management and adoption efforts, helping develop training materials, communications, and supporting stakeholder engagement activities

Support AI and data-driven initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement, assisting with integration into workflows, and helping translate solutions for business users

Qualifications & Experience

Required

3–5+ years of experience in project management, or business transformation roles

Proven experience in enterprise systems implementations

Strong background in business analysis and requirements management

Experience with organizational change management initiatives

Demonstrated exposure to AI or advanced analytics use cases in business environments

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
