Athenry-Galway (Ireland) - Onsite - 4 days in office
Contract
Project Manager will be responsible for onsite execution leadership stakeholder coordination daily governance defect management status reporting business signoff coordination and readiness support for the client F4 E2E Testing Execution phase
Lead onsite coordination of E2E testing execution for the client F4 Ireland program across Business Operations Supply Chain Manufacturing ERP MES SCADA AVEVA PI middleware and application teams
Own the day-to-day E2E execution plan test calendar execution sequencing resource coordination and milestone tracking for the approved scenarios
Conduct daily execution standups defect triage meetings status reviews and escalation forums with client stakeholders and LTIMindtree teams
Coordinate availability of required business users’ system SMEs application leads test engineers environments interfaces and test data for the execution window
Track execution progress against planned scenarios identifies blockers manage risks and dependencies and drive timely resolution through the agreed governance channels
Ensure test execution results pass-fail status evidence defects retest outcomes and open risks are captured accurately in the agreed test management tools repositories
Drive defect management by coordinating classification prioritization ownership assignment fix tracking retesting closure and escalation for functional integration and data related issues
Support alignment of E2E testing with business led PR commercialization activities and dry runs to validate process equipment and system readiness
Prepare and publish daily weekly test status reports defect summaries risk issues logs action trackers and execution dashboards for program leadership
Work with business process owners and operations teams to obtain validation feedback evidence acceptance and formal signoff for completed E2E scenarios
Assess completion of entry exit criteria open Sev1Sev2 defect status residual risk and overall readiness inputs required for Gono Go decision-making
Support final E2E test completion reporting business signoff coordination and transition of test outcomes to Operations and program stakeholders
