The Role

Join Louis Vuitton’s EMEA Headquarters in Paris as EMEA Retail Learning Project Manager .

In this role, you will lead the deployment of retail learning initiatives across the EMEA region, with a focus on the Silhouette categories: Women’s Shoes, Women’s Ready-to-Wear, and Men’s universe.

Your mission will be to strengthen product knowledge, support commercial performance, and empower retail teams through engaging and impactful learning journeys.

Job responsibilities

Animate New Product & Category Training

Collaborate with the Central Retail Learning team to adapt content to retail needs

Lead the rollout of training initiatives related to seasonal collections and product categories

Design engaging and accessible EMEA learning content aligned with the Maison’s standards

Ensure training materials are delivered on time and adapted to market specificities

Animate RTW Expert Learning

Design and deliver an expert programme dedicated to Women’s and Men’s Ready-to-Wear

Develop immersive learning formats, notably through sessions held in Paris

Coordinate the logistical and pedagogical aspects of in-person training sessions

Continuously evolve the programme based on feedback, collections, and business needs

Act as a business partner to support commercial performance

Identify training needs that have a direct impact on commercial performance

Deploy targeted initiatives to strengthen product knowledge and selling techniques

Support EMEA Way-up stores in particular to maximise training adoption and impact

Collaborate cross-functionally

Work with the EMEA Merchandising teams to align content with product priorities

Partner with regional Retail Learning teams to ensure consistent and locally relevant deployment

Act as a link between central teams and the field to ensure strategic alignment

Manage projects seamlessly

Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables for learning projects

Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery

Monitor project progress and report to management

Measure success and drive continuous improvement

Define and track KPIs for learning programmes

Gather feedback and analyse performance to improve learning initiatives

Stay informed on retail learning trends and innovations

Profile

To succeed in this position, you will bring together the following skills and qualities:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Fashion, Human Resources, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Learning field, with a strong project management dimension in a retail or luxury environment

Experience in designing and facilitating in-person training programs and workshops.

Proven experience in product or collection training, ideally in the fashion or luxury sector

Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-market projects in diverse cultural environments

Required Skills:

Strong project management and organizational skills

Excellent facilitation and animation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences

Strong product sensitivity and passion for fashion, particularly Women's and Men's Ready-to-Wear

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Fluent English essential; another language would be an asset

Excellent command of PowerPoint

Travel in Europe may be required
