Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail oriented Functional QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications.

You will collaborate with product managers and developers to decompose business requirements draft test plans and rigorously execute functional tests to deliver a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis Review system specifications Business Requirement Documents BRDs and user stories to clearly understand desired software functionality.

Test Design Develop comprehensive structured test plans test scenarios and detailed test cases.

Test Execution Perform thorough manual and or automated functional testing including integration regression and UAT to validate expected outputs against system inputs.

Defect Management Identify log and track software bugs using defect tracking tools validating fixes once resolved.

Collaboration Participate actively in AgileScrum ceremonies providing QA estimates and advocating for quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle SDLC.

Documentation Maintain and update test cases test data and testing artifacts for future reference
