Role description

Flutter Developer (AI Experience Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Owners to understand business requirements and deliver sprint commitments.

Develop, maintain, and optimize cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.

Build responsive UI from Figma or Adobe XD designs.

Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs.

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Support application deployment to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Mandatory Skills

3–5 years of experience in software development with strong hands-on expertise in Flutter and Dart.

Experience developing cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS.

Proficiency in integrating REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs.

Knowledge of Flutter state management (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX).

Experience implementing UI from Figma or Adobe XD designs.

Hands-on experience with app deployment and release management.

Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Demonstrable AI experience is mandatory, including experience integrating AI/GenAI capabilities into mobile applications.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced development environment.
