Contract type: 12 month fixed term contract
Location: Market Drayton

What you’ll be doing
Leading and inspiring your team, building capability and driving high performance
Managing key customer accounts, delivering profitable growth beyond targets
Building strong, collaborative customer relationships to unlock new opportunities
Applying category expertise to influence strategy and maximise brand performance
Championing a growth mindset and embedding strong negotiation practices
Working cross‑functionally with Supply Chain, Marketing and Category teams to deliver for your customers
What we’re looking for
Proven experience as a Senior National Account Manager
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire others
A confident communicator who can influence and tell compelling stories
Resilience and creativity to drive results and maximise commercial delivery in a fast paced environment
Passion for the Müller brand and the ability to spot growth opportunities
A collaborative approach, working with multiple stakeholders across the business
