Summary

Vice President, TA Optimization

The Vice President, TA Optimization is an enterprise talent acquisition leader responsible for driving continuous improvement, process optimization, and strategic execution across the enterprise high-volume talent acquisition function. This role establishes standards, performance frameworks, and operating expectations that enable consistent, scalable execution across talent acquisition delivery and operations. Partnering closely with leadership, this role identifies systemic gaps, implements enterprise solutions, and leads initiatives that improve hiring speed, quality, recruiter productivity, and scalability.

Responsibilities

Lead continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives across talent acquisition delivery and operations to improve hiring speed, quality, and productivity

Drive cross functional strategic initiatives by managing complex projects from planning through execution with defined timelines and accountability

Partner with talent acquisition leadership to assess performance, diagnose operational gaps, and develop solutions across capacity, process standardization, and technology utilization

Analyze workforce and recruiting data to identify trends and develop performance frameworks that drive accountability and continuous improvement

Provide senior level expertise on high volume hiring strategies including surge operations, escalations, and delivery execution

Develop and implement playbooks, standard operating procedures, and enablement tools to strengthen enterprise capability

Lead and develop a team of project managers while ensuring execution excellence and delivery of enterprise initiatives

Establish enterprise operating standards, performance frameworks, and escalation protocols while monitoring adherence and driving corrective action

Qualifications

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree

Experience Requirements: 10–12 years experience in relevant field (High volume talent acquisition, operations, or process optimization experience preferred)

Travel requirement: No travel requirements

Supervisor Responsibility

Direct Reports: Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools and resources

Indirect Reports: May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Required Knowledge and Skills

Deep expertise in high volume talent acquisition delivery and operations

Strong capability in process improvement, project management, and change leadership

Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights

Knowledge of talent acquisition technology and systems

Ability to influence senior leaders and drive accountability without direct authority

Experience managing complex, cross functional initiatives in fast paced environments

Strong business acumen balancing short term delivery with long term scalability

Environmental & Physical Requirements

Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically, requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may require the ability to lift up to 10lbs.
