We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to become a valued member of our outstanding Reception team at Pan Pacific London.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Front Desk Agent in our Reception team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences. As a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, you will ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Working as the Front Desk Agent, you will ensure our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience. As being the first and last impression of the Hotel, you will be required to assist the guests throughout the late night / early mornings when needed and gather all relevant information that is crucial for their smooth and relaxing stay with us. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Check in the arriving guest and check out the departing guests according to our standards.

Upon check in, register the guest and assign rooms. Accommodate any special requests whenever possible.

Use suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and promote other services within the hotel.

Keep informed of product and service knowledge. Ensure job is done to a Forbes and LQA standard.
