The Gogo Financial Analyst is responsible for financial modeling and forecasting in a fast-growing technology company. This position will be a key contributor to the FP&A function at Gogo.

The Financial Analyst focuses on developing revenue forecast/budget and long-term plan, including key revenue metrics, supporting quarterly earnings calls and MD&A analysis, formulating analysis of financial and operational data to support effective decision-making and large company wide initiatives.

How will you make a difference?

Support and maintain detailed revenue forecast, budget, and long-range plans across all revenue streams

Contribute to revenue-related reporting for quarterly earnings call, MD&A and related analysis

Analyze actual revenue performance versus forecast and budget, identifying key trends, variances, and drivers

Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to understand drivers for forecast and budget

Monitor key performance indicators and maintain dashboards for tracking business performance

Enhance and improve financial planning models for both short-term as well as multi-year forecast

Become a power user of the Hyperion planning system and SmartView add-in to facilitate efficient reporting and planning process

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance , Accounting , Business or related field

2-4 years of experience in Financial Analysis or related field

Required Skills, Talents & Experience

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required including complex formulas , pivot tables and charts

Ability to employ complex analytical tools and statistics to perform analysis and forecasting of financial and other business information

Business modeling skills, capable of translating business logic to modeling logic to bring insights to the senior management team and support the business teams as needed

Strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills with well-developed presentation skills.

Base Pay :

64,000.00 - 80,000.00 USD Annual

Target Annual Short-Term Incentive :

Bonus Plan at 5% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
